Doc Prep Gets New Chief Strategy Officer

I don’t usually dedicate an entire update to a single promotion, but I’m making an exception today. I’ve known this guy for a lot of years and he has always been very supportive of my efforts to educate the industry about the power of automation. In this case a leading doc prep has just named him their Chief Strategy Officer. Here’s the scoop:

DocuTech’s Chief Operating Officer, Scott K. Stucky, has expanded his role within the company and has been named chief strategy officer. In his new role, Stucky will oversee client relations, partnerships, product management and the overall strategic direction of the company. He will also lead initiatives including strategy and business development, implementing internal and external communication efforts and guiding DocuTech to meet the industry’s demands in a heightened regulatory environment.

“The regulatory landscape continues to evolve, and businesses need personnel and tools to streamline processes, mitigate risk and guarantee compliance,” said Ty Jenkins, founder and CEO of DocuTech. “Scott’s exemplary strategic thinking and leadership throughout his tenure at DocuTech will continue to positively impact the company’s overall business goals and direction.”

A mortgage industry veteran, Stucky previously served as executive vice president of DocuTech where he managed the company’s sales, sales team and marketing initiatives. Additionally, he previously worked at San Diego-based Del Mar DataTrac and Jacksonville-based predecessor to Black Knight Financial Services.

Congratulations Scott!
