Triserv Appraisal Management Solutions (Triserv AMC) announced the immediate availability of integrated appraisal services for mortgage lenders using Mercury Network to manage multiple AMC relationships. The integration supports seamless ordering, status updates, and final delivery of nationwide residential appraisal products and documents from Triserv AMC through a real-time, direct connection between Triserv’s proprietary platform and Mercury Network. Lenders utilizing Mercury-connected Loan Origination Systems (LOS) can also order appraisals out of their loan files to Triserv AMC and receive messages, status updates, and delivery of the appraisal documents back into their loan files. The connection to TriServ AMC can be activated in mere minutes for any lender through Mercury Network’s support team.
“We are excited to partner with Mercury Network and support the many lenders nationwide who rely on the Mercury Network platform to manage multiple AMC and appraiser relationships.” said Mark Walser, Senior Vice President at Triserv AMC. “The high level of integration available provides lenders with unparalleled transparency, automates key compliance elements, and allows Triserv to support increasing lender demand for a quality AMC relationship with efficiency, minimal personnel ramping, and real-time workflow transparency.” Jennifer Miller, president of Mercury Network, said, “We are pleased to have Triserv integrate with our Enterprise Vendor Framework. Their seamless integration demonstrates their technology excellence and commitment to the more than 600 lenders on Mercury Network.”
The integration fully automates the appraisal process, providing advanced transparency into the lifecycle of an appraisal. Status updates flow seamlessly to the lender and also into wholesale channels for full visibility, including when the appraiser has scheduled the inspection, completed the inspection, and uploaded the report into Triserv’s quality review department. Additional automation includes electronic delivery of the borrower appraisal copy along with a verified “read receipt” confirming that the borrower has opened and viewed the appraisal in compliance with Dodd-Frank, CFPB, and Appraisal Independence Regulations and the ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act). Triserv can also manage a compliant panel of selected appraisers at a lender’s request via the Mercury Network platform.
