NCS Names Two New VPs

NCS (National Credit-reporting System, Inc.), a full- service consumer reporting agency specializing in income, identity, and credit intelligence, announced that Jeff Gentry is the company’s new Vice President for Sales and Marketing. Additionally, Joe Poppler will lead Operations for the company as the new Vice President of Operations.

Joe Poppler was previously NCS’ Senior Direction of Solutions R&D. Prior to his employment with NCS in 2011, Poppler held various positions within the financial services industry, including as Director at AON (NYSE: AON) where he had oversight of seven divisions within the corporation. Joe has championed many successful initiatives at NCS including the company’s instant bank statements product line (IBV), TRV® Cash Flow Analysis and on-boarding several national TRV Alliance Partners, or resellers for TRV Services.

Jeff Gentry is taking a leadership role in sales and marketing at NCS. Gentry has been critical in the company’s client acquisition efforts since joining NCS in 2013. Jeff most recently held positions with Motivtity Solutions and Mortgage Cadence. Prior to those roles, Jeff transitioned from IT into mortgage information services via Kroll Factual Data, where he led development and implementation of their third party verification services as Vice President.

“I am very pleased to have these gentlemen working with me as we explore new options to better verify income and provide information solutions to our clients,” stated Curtis Knuth, NCS’ Executive Vice President. “Our firm has enjoyed great stability since Bob Knuth founded the company in 1978. Jeff and Joe complement our goals for strong, stable growth in the next two years and beyond.”
