LenderLive Names Bill Maw As Chief Financial Officer

LenderLive Holdings, Inc., a mortgage services provider, announced today that Bill Maw has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Maw joins LenderLive with more than two decades of financial experience. Prior to joining LenderLive, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Liquidnet Holdings, Inc., for more than a decade. Liquidnet is a financial technology company that facilitates equities and fixed income trading for the world’s leading asset management firms in 45 markets. During his tenure at Liquidnet, Mr. Maw was responsible for all aspects of finance for the company, led the company’s capital raising process and oversaw acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Maw was also responsible for forecasts, analysis and reporting of business performance, and preparation of board material.

Before Liquidnet, Mr. Maw held a series of senior finance positions at General Electric including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Equipment Services, Controller & Head of the Transaction Advisory Group at GE Capital Aviation Services, and Controller at GE Global Consumer Finance.  He also spent two years in the Technology Group at GE Equity, where he was involved in originating and managing equity investments. Prior to GE, Mr. Maw spent more than 10 years in public accounting.

Mr. Maw is a board member and chair of the Audit Committee of PYXERA Global, an international NGO. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology IDEAS Global Challenge.

Mortgage Company Gets New CFO

Primary Capital Mortgage, LLC (PCM) announced that Stephen Bledsoe has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bledsoe will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of PCM’s finance and accounting group, including planning and analysis.

Mr. Bledsoe has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. He most recently was Controller and Senior Finance Officer at SunTrust Mortgage. In that role, Mr. Bledsoe was responsible for accounting and financial reporting for SunTrust’s entire mortgage division. Prior to his work at SunTrust, Mr. Bledsoe held accounting and finance roles at companies including HomeBanc Mortgage, Friedman Billings Ramsey, Freddie Mac and KPMG Peat Marwick.

ClosingCorp Gets New CFO

ClosingCorp, a provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology for the mortgage and real estate services industries, announced today that James Bolger has joined the company as chief financial officer.

In this position, Mr. Bolger will lead and manage ClosingCorp’s financial affairs including fiscal reporting, budget planning, capital financing and shaping the company’s growth strategy. He will report directly to Brian Benson, chief executive officer of ClosingCorp.

Mr. Bolger brings over a decade of experience in leading the financial operations of mortgage finance companies. Prior to ClosingCorp, Mr. Bolger was chief financial officer of PTI Marketing Technologies, a cloud-based intelligent marketing solution provider, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions, tax and treasury. Prior to PTI, Mr. Bolger held senior financial positions at Accredited Home Lenders and GreenPoint Credit Corp.
